Shipping policy
COST OF SHIPPING
We deliver Australia-wide! Because Australia is so vast, shipping rates are determined by your location and the weight/size of your order. Shipping costs and options will be calculated in your shopping cart and added to the order total when checking out.
SHIPPING AND DISPATCH TIMES
Estimated shipping times:
- Standard Shipping (Metro Areas) 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping (Metro Areas) 1-3 business days
- Standard Shipping (Rural) 4-10 business days
- Express Shipping (Rural) 2-5 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the location.
SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
The delivery agent will ask for and record a name to confirm the delivery on their handheld device and then leave the item at the door.
If no one is at your delivery address to receive your parcel, a collection card will be left, and the parcel will be taken back to your local pickup location for you to pick up. If your parcel is not collected after 10 days, it is likely to be sent back to us.
DELIVERY REQUESTS
If you prefer, you can request that your parcel be left at a ‘safe place’ or add any other delivery preferences to the delivery note section when checking out. Please note that once your parcel leaves our premises, we don’t have control over what happens or whether or not the delivery agent will follow your requested instructions.
ORDER TRACKING
Once the carrier has received your parcel, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking ID. If you haven’t received an email or SMS, contact us, and we’ll send one to you straight away.
If your parcel tracking has not been updated in 10 business days, please get in touch with us within 30 days of your shipping date so we can initiate an inquiry with the carrier.
CARE AND HANDLING
This is something we take great pride in.
We take great care when packing your gear, and each item is handpicked and packed by a real person. If something arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll sort it out for you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If your country is available, your shipping charge will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we will accept returns from international orders, but the customer must pay for return postage. Please beware that you may be liable for local import duties and taxes when your item arrives in your country; check with your local authorities.
